We’re delighted to reveal that our MD Steve Ingham was voted Business Man of the Year 2013 at the fifth One Oldham Business Awards on Friday night.

For the first time in the history of the awards one company was a finalist in four categories – us and even though we didn’t win them all the fact that we were nominated, chosen as finalists and Steve won as a fantastic example of a grass roots business peoples business person meant that our night was complete.

It was an amazing event with entertainment from Oldham College and food by the White Hart at Lydgate. Every table was resplendent with flowers from fellow winners Millers Florist and leader of the council Jim McMahon inspired all with his speech about the future of Oldham and our young people working together. Guests were asked to pledge their support for 2015 and assure that every young person will leave school or college in 2015 with a job, training or an apprenticeship. We will be offering all those things through our education and community work.
