We started by ripping old kitchen equipment and old domestic cupboards , flooring and canopy and extract and fresh air system and water heater for hot water for the kitchen out ,then we blocked a door up and re plastered and painted the seating area side and then wall cladded kitchen side we also cut a hole in the wall and installed a 3 tier heated gantry with  stainless steel trims , installed new canopy hood and extract and fresh air system and speed controllers to suit , we installed new white rock hygienic wall cladding and new non slip altro flooring and a new hot water heater , then installed new plumbing, electrics and lighting  

Then we installed new dish wash station with a under counter dish washer

And new pre-sink and hand wash sink , new cook line equipment (combi oven ,6 burner oven ,fryer and pasta boiler ,salamander grill ,microwave and an automatic fill water urn )and new stainless steel prep tables and hot cupboard and new refrigeration (fridges and freezers).
