New white rock wall cladding, new flooring , new stainless steel wall cladding and canopy hood ,extract and fresh air system , new stainless steel equipment and new dish washer, catering and refrigeration equipment, new glass washer and glass wash station , new ice machine, cellar refrigeration and racking.

A massive big well done to the installation team for completing this and two other projects in the last two weeks, while the main site Forman David Chapman has been on a well deserved vacation. I am very proud of the team ,especially Chris Carter (Shaft) for stepping up and running the team these past two weeks.
