Works carried out Installation of new Altro flooring , new white rock wall cladding & stainless steel wall cladding  ,new canopy hood with fresh air plenum and extract and fresh air system exterior of ductwork powder coated in black for both fresh air and extraction and we installed new gas feed and gas interlock system

Then we installed all new plumbing (water and waste) and started installation of dishwasher set up and stainless steel equipment tabling,wall shelves and so on rest of the refrigeration and gas equipment to be installed tomorrow
