JBGroup were asked to bring this busy kitchen up to current standards. We replaced the existing extract outlet duct to exhaust above the eave of the building.  A full canopy/extract system deep clean was performed as well as cleaning existing s/steel cladding around the cookline. Additional s/steel cladding added to the cookline along with full kitchen walls being white rock cladded for easy cleaning purposes. Water feeds and waste pipes replaced and a new Blizzard Freezer installed.
