We then installed new gas works including a gas manifold and new water and waste plumbing and for the air conditioning we installed new fresh air system and a new canopy hood.

In the cook line area, we cleaned and serviced the existing catering equipment and installed a new single tank fryer, dirties sink, handwash sink and an under counter SMEG dishwasher. The customer also required some stainless-steel wall benches, shelves and new prep area.

To finish, we fitted some new refrigeration equipment, and re-installed the existing twin tank fryer, centre island fridges with heated gantry and salamander grill.

All gas items were given new gas safe certification.
