Our most recent project was at the Trade Centre UK in Rochdale.
JBGroup group were asked to take on the mechanical aspects for a site over at the old B&Q Rochdale.
We removed the existing air conditioning to allow for builders works before reinstalling 3x existing systems along with a new twin split cassette system to the upstairs office.
We had to adapt the existing extract/fresh air system to the office block which involved extending and moving ductwork to the new layout.
Along with extending the existing duct to the waiting areas, we had the task of supply/installation of 4x HRU units to provide a comfortable climate to 18 offices.
