Another of JBGroup’s install projects this week was for The Hop Pole pub in Crewe for our client Punch Taverns.

 

The installation team started by removing the pubs old kitchen equipment, decommissioning and removing the plumbing and isolating and removing existing electrics. Building works then took place by the contractors.

 

Following this, the installation team were then able to get started on the new electrical installation which involved chasing out and running the first fix of new electrical feeds throughout the new kitchen layout.

 

Our team then lay new white rock wall cladding to all walls and altro flooring in the cook line in the kitchen area.

 

The lads also installed a full new gas feed, 30 meters from the cellar to the new cook line location with an inch and half steel pipe work.

 

All new stainless-steel wall cladding was also put up in the glass wash station and bar area was treated to new bar fridges, an ice machine, a glass washer and stainless-steel glass wash station with plumbing (water and waste feeds), all installed by ourselves.

 

We then proceeded to install new plumbing feeds (water and waste), power points and a new electric board throughout.

 

In the cook area, our installation team installed a new canopy hood, extraction and fresh air system along with gas manifold and interlock system.

To finish off, we installed the new and existing catering equipment back in the cook line along with a dishwasher to the wash area.

 

A huge “well done” to our brilliant Site Foreman Dave Chapman and fantastic install team Gavin Dixon, Antony Hardman, Brent Deane and Chris Carter who never fail to carry out a job with 100% effort!
